Why does Pharmacology Suck?

Does pharmacology really suck???????????????
Well it would be case to case basis.
But for my situation, it does suck!
I would really have a hard time memorizing medicines and their interactions with other meds along with the side effects, mode of action, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics and so on. Most of the medicines are redundant with slight difference from one med to another. Gosh I hate it. Furthermore, it is my fault why I hate pharmacology right now, just now. It is because I got a very disappointing mark this prelims. I took the subject for granted. I wasn’t able to attend some quizzes, which really pulled my grade so low. With that, I made a promise that I would do better during the exams of which I am very satisfied because I really did a good job. But then, later did I know that the grading system of our teacher in this subject is 50-50. 50 percent for the quizzes and 50 percent for the examination. I would have done better if I was just aware of that fact. I am really frustrated with myself right now. I need to reconstruct everything. I need to change and God damn it! I need to do it now.

Oh yeah, holidays are truly, uberly over. I am quite grateful about because of some dietary reasons (haha) it but I am surely unhappy with it. I am not looking forward to going back to school because I get to see annoying people hahaha just kiddin’. Well honestly, I just hate schooling for the fact that I just hate it. hahaha. Moreover, I am not excited with my next rotation, which is school nursing, haaayyy, I want some amazing cases, I want something that would make my mind go crazy, I want to taste the ecstasy from a day’s duty. I would want to have an ER or OR rotation just to satisfy my need of adrenaline rush. I am so frantic about it. But I am still eager to learn in my school nursing rotation. Tomorrow’s the day! wish me luck :D

THE MALE REPRODUCTIVE SYSTEM

GENERAL

The male reproductive tract consists of external genitals and internal organs. These organs are located in the pelvic cavity The male’s reproductive system begins to develop in response to testosterone during early fetal life. Essentially no testosterone is produced during childhood. Resumption of testosterone production at the onset of puberty stimulates growth and maturation of the male’s reproductive structures and secondary sex characteristics. Testosterone is the male sex hormone secreted by the interstitial cells of the testes. (more…)
